BLOB

Blob came to life on my kitchen table. I wanted to create a font that looked like something liquid or creamy. I tested all kinds of liquids available in the household. In the end some cleanser proved best. I wrote all letters of the alphabet several times with the cleanser on the table, took photos and later traced them on the computer. Blob only has capital letters, but each letter exists twice to give the font a more vivid and random feel.

Blob has three styles - Regular, Crazy and Color. Crazy is different only in the way that the letters are all on different levels of height. Color is a Tiff-file with a colored version having a second color shadow to give it a more three-dimensional look. Try the Generator if you want to see your own words written in Blob.
